By professional RN General Nurse,I have been working as a nurse since1997 in different districts of Nepal according to rule by Nepal Government .

Many more experience gained in nursing field in different different faculties and it’s great experience for me to apply working with patients care.

In my working experience,m facing there is no patient/Ratio nurse in caring patients and not self satisfy according to gained knowledge according curriculum.

Because of lots of patients follow from all over Nepal or like central Referral Hospital,always facing bed unavailable.

Other hand it’s great Hospital and only referral Trauma hospital and gaining more knowledge,how deal with Trauma emergency/Primary Life savings treatment.
