Currently, I am working at the National Trauma Centre, I am playing a vital role as a ward incharge,manage the ward smoothly,delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill and trauma patients. My work involves patient assessment, emergency response, post-operative care, infection control, and collaboration with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
